Solutions:

Emulpals®:

Indicated for cakes premixes. It gives a fine and regular crumb structure, changes the mouthfeel, allows for soft and moist cakes with an eating quality lasting for days.

Palsgaard® SA:

Indicated for Longer shelf-life cakes. They have simple labeling and many advantages (fast aeration, uniform performance, stable production and stability in the final product). They are highly safe and low priced.

Palsgaard® DMG (E471), Palsgaard® PGE (E475), Palsgaard® PGMS (E477):

Indicated for cake gels. They are specifically designed to create a uniform distribution of right-sized, stabilized air bubbles or ‘holes’ throughout the cake.
