FORTIUM®, a robust line of tocopherol based, plant-derived antioxidants, is effective at protecting a variety of food applications from color and flavor degradation. Our plant-derived antioxidants have shown to be especially efficacious in extending the shelf life of food products with high fat/oil content.

FORTIUM® provides a desirable alternative to time-tested synthetic antioxidants. This plant-derived antioxidant is applicable in a wide range of food products. Mixed tocopherols have good solubility in fats and oils and are heat stable ingredients with no sensory impact making them easy to work with in many food applications.
