SHIELD NV™

Natural Liquid Solution has been developed for ready-to-eat products derived from beef, pork, poultry and fish. This product is based on buffered vinegar and is available in liquid and powder forms, as well as without sodium inclusion. It is perfect for brines, marinated products, mixes of condiments and spices, as well as masses of processed products.

SHIELD NV does not cause negative effects on meat quality such as water retention, denaturation color and flavor. Studies have shown that vinegar-based ingredients protect ready-to-eat meats and fresh meats (beef, pork, poultry and fish) against the growth of pathogens such as Listeria monocytogenes, E. coli and Salmonella. This product line also meets label and low sodium product requirements.
