Oterra's colors (Previously Chr. Hansen Natural Colors) are developed specially for their application, for a beverage, a dairy and fruit mix, a candy, an ice cream, a prepared food or a dietary supplement. They are suitable to withstand changes in temperature, pH and pressure. They are also found in different presentations: liquid or powder and soluble in water or oil.
Red, violet, purple
Oterra offers the full range of natural red colors, from dark orange through dark red and bright pink to an attractive purple. These products come from various natural sources, such as anthocyanin, carmine and red beet. Found them as: FRUITMAX®, I-COLORS® and CAPCOLORS®.
Yellow, orange
Oterra offers the full range of natural yellow and orange colorants, from dark orange through intense yellow to a subdued and muted yellow. Our products have various natural sources, such as annatto, beta-carotene, natural beta-carotene, natural carotene, safflower, lutein and turmeric. Found them as: FRUITMAX®, I-COLORS® and CAPCOLORS®.
Blue, green
Oterra has an offering that includes numerous product solutions in greens and blues, from light green to deep green to a dark, bright blue. Our products have natural origins (chlorophyll and spirulin). Found them as: FRUITMAX®, I-COLORS® and CAPCOLORS®.
White, black, brown
We have an offering that includes numerous product solutions in white, black and brown, from pure white to deep black and striking browns. Our products have natural origins (charcoal, malt and caramel). Found them as: FRUITMAX®, I-COLORS® and CAPCOLORS®.
